Description
Boiling kettles Mauting VVM.EKM have all the professional characteristics as the VVM range, but in addition they are equipped with a mixer. They are suitable for utilization in food industry and high-capacity canteens.
The design is well thought, with a rectangular shape to allow the placement near a wall and cylindrical shape of the basin for uniform baking. The mixer can be manufactured either with the below or upper drive.
Depending on the customer needs, it can be ordered as the classic VVM with three different heating system:
- Electrical indirect heating
- Gas/Oil heating
- Steam heating
The VVM.EKM boiling kettles can be ordered with a capacity from 300 to 600 liters.
