MAUTING boiling kettles VVM are specialised in the cooking of meat products. This range has professional features with a simple construction and energy saving mode.
VVM boiling kettles allow the user to cook depending on water temperature and time or core temperature.
Depending on the customer needs, it can be ordered with three different heating system:
Electrical indirect heating: Electrical heating elements are placed in the filling of the glycerine. The optimal heat transfer is ensured by the VVM system with two stage of regulation of the output.
Gas/Oil heating: The construction provides quality heat transfer and flue gas exhaust. The combustion chamber is made of refractory stainless steel.
Steam heating: The heating is ensured by the steam which is blown into the double bottom of the kettle (10 bar).
The VVM boiling kettles can be ordered with a capacity from 200 to 1500 liters.
