The smoking chamber UKM Compact is an alternative for a UKM Classic (1 carucior) for production of smoked meat products in small factories and restaurants.
Depending on the chosen options, this chamber ensures the automatic thermal processing of smoked meat products, like reddening, warming-through, drying, smoking, cold smoking, cooking and baking.
The performant control of a technological process provides the minimal losses and weight loss. The uniform manufacture is realised by the air circulation inside the smoking chamber.
The UKM Classic can be also suitable for a cold smoking, like fish processing.
The user has control to the technological process by selecting the program according to his needs.
The construction and the design make installation and use user friendly. High quality materials, stainless nickel chrome steel, ensure long operating life.
The UKM Compact is equipped with the wood chips smoke generator integrated in a door.
