Mauting UKM Classic are suitable for the industrial and small/medium-scale production of smoked products. This machine ensures automatic heat treatment of smoked products (reddening, heating, drying, smoking, cooking without any additional operation). With high quality materials and perfect construction, this smoking chambers have perfect isolation without heat leaks and long working life.
This range of smoking chambers can process various types of products like frankfurters, sausages, salamis, ham and similar products in moulds or vapourproof packages, poultry, fish, cheese etc. Also, products can be stuffed in natural or artificial casings. All processes of heat treatment are controlled by a microprocessor depending on customer needs. The program is flexible and can be personalized by the user.
The standard chamber is provided with smoking trolleys for placing the products. High-efficient air circulation system guarantees uniform temperature and smoke distribution inside the chamber. The humidity can be controlled in each section. Steam can be produced with two methods: by water mist injection or direct steam injection into the chamber.
The chamber is manufactured of chrome-nickel stainless steel with grinding, respectively bright surface finish. The smoking chambers can be manufactured in a tunnel version with trolleys in one row or in two row versions.
Depending on customer request, the heating of the chamber can be electric, gas, steam or combined. In order to be more efficient, UKM Classic can be equipped with an automatic washing system.
Mauting chambers uses thermal processing according to the “Delta-T” method, which improves the quality of the product, the output and energy consumption decrease. The perfect sealing of the working area is made by a safe closing door system with silicone rubber. Standard design UKM Classic comes with one wing door, rotary with manual opening. Optionally, it can be ordered lifting type, with open sight glass, glassed-in, roll-up door, suitable for chilling chambers.
Wooden chips used for the smoke generator are transported from a feed hopper automatically. The smoke generator is equipped with an automatic device for the correct inlet of fresh air and automatic fire suppression system in case of chips burning.
