Description
TW series has the bigger table models within the stuffing mincer in our range. It is designed with a feeding funnel of 95 x 95 mm and a bowl volume of 45 L. The best use for this stuffing mincer is in butcheries and supermarkets with a bigger production.
The TW100 model has high performance, due to the Enterprise E32 cutting system (L&W), that is compound with a 3 mm hole plate with a hub and four slots and one knife.
This machine keeps the compact design of all the table mincer in our range. That makes ensures an easy handling and cleaning process. On request, TW100 can also be ordered with a 64 L bowl.
