Description
MW114-120 is designed with a 120 liters hopper which makes it suitable for bigger batches. The strong drive ensures the process of meat parts up to a temperature of -5°C. Due to the optionally stepless speed regulation feature, this machine allows the user to adapt the mixing speed for producing also cooked sausage.
The characteristics of MW114-120 recommend the mincer for big self-service-stores, meat wholesale and bigger butcheries. With an excellent output and high cutting performance, MW114-120 ensure the process of minced meat while minimal rise in temperature.
