Description
MCD111 finds it’s best use for controlling, inspecting and logging of pasteurization or sterilization process of tinned food in spraying and water autoclaves. This system includes microprocessor controllers MCD 111 and visualizing, archiving programs on PC computers.
MCD111 can accomplishes the process on basis of traditional methods or measured sterilization value (F0). Optional, the installation of STERYLEX 2000 allows to optimize sterilization process and to decrease deviation of parameters. This ensure high quality of tinned food.
