Staff Ice Systems machines produce sub-cooled flat scale ice at around -7/-12°C. It can be fed with fresh and sea water. If it is used fresh water, we suggest the installation of a brie dozer, in order to reduce the mechanical stress.
This type of ice is:

- ideal for display/service/transport foodstuff (meat, fish, vegetables)
- adjustable according to model with a thickness from 2 to 2.5 cm
