Mixing machine DMM 90 is suitable for medium sized butcher’s shops, and for supermarkets. It can process even small batches starting with 2 kg up to 50 kg, due to the separate bowl drive.
DMM 90 has a compact and robust design. All parts are made of stainless-steel. It is easy to operate and to clean due to the tiltable bowl and removable mixing arm.
